Feed expander + iframe scraper

I've created this for RSS feeds from music magazines that publish only short summaries without the post iframes.

* Downloads the full HTML page for the most recent feed item
* Extracts the desired iframes
* Injects the iframes back into the RSS feed
* Keeps the rest of the feed metadata intact
